An apple a day...

I eat a lot of fruit lately. I love oranges, apples, peaches, grapes, etc. I finally get the correct amount of fruits and vegetables that my body needs. Up until now, my snacks included mostly carbs..now I grab an apple or an orange. It's made a huge difference in my health. Maybe my body is exactly where it was meant to be now that I make healthier choices. I feel good! I'm never going back to my old habits.
